By accessing or using Aurora App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must keep your login method and devices secure.
- Aurora may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or threaten community safety.
3. Safety-First Platform Rules
You agree not to use Aurora App to:
- harass, stalk, threaten, impersonate, or exploit other people
- publish unlawful, violent, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or privacy-violating content
- collect personal data from other users without consent
- misuse emergency or safety features
- upload malicious code, spam, or deceptive content
Aurora may moderate, limit, remove, or report content when necessary to protect users and the platform.
4. User Content
- You keep ownership of content you create.
- You grant Aurora the right to host, display, process, and distribute that content as required to operate the service.
- You confirm you have the rights needed to upload the content you post.
- Aurora may remove content that breaks these terms, harms users, or creates legal or safety risk.

Aurora is designed to minimize unnecessary data collection and prioritize user safety.
- Some features require profile, location, content, or device data to function.
- Emergency and safety features may use location or contact data when activated.
- Privacy settings, exports, and deletion controls are available inside the product where supported.

6. AI and Generated Features

- In urgent danger, users should rely on local emergency services and trusted offline support.

- Prices, packages, and plan terms may change over time.
- Abuse, fraud, or chargeback misuse may lead to restriction or account removal.
8. Service Availability
Aurora aims to keep the platform available and safe, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

- Emergency tools should not be treated as a guaranteed substitute for official emergency systems.

10. Limitation of Liability
